Privacy Policy
How ERTQAA collects, uses and protects the information you share through this website.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This policy explains what information ERTQAA Business Support (“ERTQAA”, “we”) collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to www.ertqaa-eg.com and to the requests you send us through it.
1. Scope
This policy covers visitors to our website and the people who contact us through it. Employee and HR data that we handle while delivering services to our clients is governed by the service agreement and confidentiality terms signed with each client, not by this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- When you request a consultation: your full name, company, business email, phone number, company size, the service you are interested in and your message.
- When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp: the details you choose to share with us.
Information collected automatically
- Website statistics through Google Analytics: pages visited, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, how you reached our website, and actions such as sending the form or clicking our phone, email or WhatsApp links. We use these statistics to understand how the website is used, not to identify you personally.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, recorded by our hosting and website security services to protect the website against attacks and misuse.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your request and prepare a proposal that fits your company.
- To communicate with you about the services you asked about.
- To improve our website and understand which content is useful.
- To protect the website and our contact form against spam and misuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making. You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you about our services.
4. Cookies and third-party services
Our website uses a small number of services provided by other companies:
- Google Analytics (Google): website statistics. It uses cookies such as _ga. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Google reCAPTCHA (Google): protects our contact form from spam. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
- Google Maps and Google Fonts (Google): the map on our contact page and some of the fonts on our pages.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you message us through the WhatsApp button, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will continue to work.
5. Who we share your information with
- Service providers who help us run our website and email, such as our hosting provider and the Google services listed above, only for that purpose.
- Our partner companies, only with your consent and only when your request needs their expertise.
- Public authorities, when the law requires us to.
Some of these providers may process data on servers outside the country you are in. We only use well-known providers that apply recognised security measures.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep consultation requests and related messages for as long as we need them to reply to you and to manage our business relationship. If no business relationship follows, we delete them within 24 months. Website statistics are kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
7. How we protect your information
Our website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is protected by a firewall and malware scanning. Only authorised members of our team can access the requests you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to act quickly if a problem occurs.
8. Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws, including Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your information when we no longer need it;
- withdraw your consent or stop contacting you about our services.
To make a request, email info@ertqaa-eg.com. We will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
